Stephanie Howse is a native Clevelander and is deeply rooted in the community serving youth through mentoring, public speaking and volunteering for many service organizations. She holds a M. A. in Environmental Studies from Cleveland State University and a B. S. in Civil (Environmental) Engineering from Florida A&M University. Stephanie’s career experience range from project management, political/community organizing to education. Stephanie is on a mission to change the world for the better through serving in the Village Prep and E-Prep family and believes “Greatness is fulfilled when one knows who she/he is, knows her/his purpose in life and lives the life that MAKES the knowing of one’s own purpose a reality."

Clifford Powell is a Cleveland native who has a great passion for community service. He holds an M.Ed. in Organizational Leadership (Administration) from Cleveland State University, as well as an M.B.A. in Management and a B.A. in Pre-Physical Therapy from Baldwin-Wallace College. Clifford’s career experience has primarily been in education, community outreach, and non-profit organizations. Clifford’s primary goal at the Prep Schools is to assist the Prep staff in helping make our students become contributing, compassionate citizens in our ever-changing global society.
